Since opening its out-of-the-way converted warehouse doors in the back streets of South Melbourne in 2003, St Ali has come to be known as a Melbourne coffee institution. The beloved Melbourne cafe and roastery was originally the brainchild of Mark Dundon - now head honcho at Seven Seeds, and continues to thrive under the watchful eye of cafe baron, Salvatore Malatesta. At St Ali, you'll witness a dedication to artful coffee-making techniques, including syphon, pour over and filtering methods, resulting in delectable coffee flavours every day of the year.
